Safiya Omosanya OTR/L is a Nationally Board Certified Occupational Therapist with a Specialization in Mental Health, a Trauma Informed Life Coach and EFT Practitioner.
She has impacted Hundreds through her EFT continuing education seminars for Health Care Professionals, community workshops, and individual sessions.
Safiya is a cycle-breaking mom of three amazing daughters ages 10, 17, and 20 who are thriving as a result of her transformation.
Safiya currently works with other Moms who are also ready to break generational cycles.
In her work, she teaches moms how to break free of unhealthy patterns, so they can be the grounded Mom their family needs.
