In this training, you will:

This training is great for those new to yoga or chair yoga, as well as any and all seasoned yogis of all ages. This training is perfect for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and anyone interested in making yoga more accessible to expand their teaching toolkit. Yoga teachers can receive continuing education hours through Yoga Alliance.
This class is led by Kristin Klipp, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), YACEP, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. With over nine years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and mindset tools, Kristin has led chair yoga for seniors, individuals with disabilities, residential and in-patient programs, and corporate wellness groups. She has thoughtfully compiled her years of experience into this in-depth Chair Yoga Training designed to inspire confidence and inclusivity in every class you teach.
Held at Veasey Memorial Park in Groveland, this training also serves as a fundraiser for Friends of Veasey Park. A portion of ticket proceeds will go directly toward supporting community programming and maintaining this beautiful, historic space.
