Join us for Brews + Chair Yoga, a 50-minute all-levels class led by Kristin Klipp inside the cozy taproom at Gentile Brewing. We’ll stretch, breathe, laugh a little, and settle into a calm, feel-good reset without ever getting down on the floor. No yoga experience needed, just comfy clothes and a willingness to unwind.
Ease into your week with this grounding yoga practice. Take time to check in with your body and ground into your awareness. Move through stretches that wake your body up and get you ready for the week.
This 75 minute yoga flow brings in the elements of the chakras. Focus on one Chakra each month to ground into its energy and find balance. This allows for stagnant energy to begin to move and release any blockages in the body. Learn about each Chakra as you move through the practice. Learn about sounds, scents, and affirmations that activate each Chakra. Begin to feel safe in your own skin, alive when you speak your truth, and love for yourself and others.
