Lunchtime Chair Yoga

Join us for a 50-minute Chair Yoga Class. No yoga mat is needed. Chairs are provided.  Ages 10+ and younger with approval. Taught by Kristin Klipp. 

Chair Yoga combines gentle movements and breath work to enhance flexibility and relaxation. Chairs provide support, making it accessible for everyone. Immerse yourself in a holistic yoga experience to promote physical well-being and inner calm.

Kristin has been teaching chair yoga for 9 years and is a 500-HR RYT with Yoga Alliance. She has compiled her experience into a training manual for chair yoga.

Class is free.

Join us at the Georgetown Peabody Library at 2 Maple Street, Georgetown, MA 01833. Tuesdays from 12-12:50pm.

Yoga room is immediately to your right upon entering the library.
